Nuanced

A subtle difference or distinction in expression, meaning, response.
A very slight difference or variation in color or tone.

The artist expressed himself in a nuanced fashion using depth and perception to accomplish his message.

Hue

A gradation or variety of a color.
Form or appearance.

The interior decorate was having a difficult time selecting just the right hue of blue.
