Opposite in nature or character.
Diametrically or mutually opposed.
Opposite in direction or position.

He just loves to be contrary always choosing to go against his friends.

Repercussion

An effect or result, often indirect or remote.
The state of being driven back by a resisting body.
Reverberation.

His attitude and behavior has had serious repercussions for the business.

Receptive

Having the quality of receiving, taking in.
Able or quick to receive knowledge or ideas.
Willing or inclined to receive suggestions.

I have always found Mary Beth to be receptive to my suggestions and recommendations.
