To instruct in a doctrine, principle or ideology.
To teach or inculcate.

The program that was employed served to indoctrinate workers in a very specific methodology.

Isolate

To set or place apart; detach or separate.
To keep from contact.

It was important that we moved those patients in order that we isolate them.

Absorb

To suck up or drink in.
To swallow up.
To involve the full attention of.

Please use the sponge to absorb the spill around the countertop.
