Regiment

Deliberate

Rotund



Regiment

A unit of ground forces, consisting of two or more battalions or battle groups.

A headquarters unit

To manage or treat in a rigid, uniform manner

Subject to strict discipline.



Jason is required by law to follow a specific regiment of tasks in completion of his role.



Deliberate



Carefully weighed or considered; studied; intentional.

Careful or slow in deciding.

Leisurely and steady in movement or action.



He wanted to make sure that he was deliberate in his movement through the obstacle course.



Rotund



Round in shape; rounded.

Plump; fat.

Full-toned or sonorous.



You may choose to call John fat but I prefer to describe him as rotund.
