Not agreeing or conforming; differing, especially from something of the general kind.
Not definitive, as a version of part of a text.

It is a variant of the policy and services I provided your father.

Entrepreneurial

A person who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with risk.
An employer of productive labor; contractor.

Her efforts in business clearly displayed an entrepreneurial spirit.
