Flappable
Herculean
Constituent

Flappable
Easily upset or confused, especially under stress.
He is very flappable when having to deal with large groups of people or forced to speak with the entire employee group. 
Herculean
Requiring the great strength of a Hercules; very hard to perform; Digging the tunnel was a herculean task.
Having enormous strength, courage, or size.

It appeared that he had herculean strength when he moved the furniture off the truck.     

Constituent

Serving to compose or make up a thing; component: the constituent parts of a motor.
Having power to frame or alter a political constitution or fundamental law, as distinguished from lawmaking power; a constituent assembly.
A constituent element, material, etc.; component.
A person who authorizes another to act in his or her behalf, as a voter in a district represented by an elected official. 

The prevailing opinion among most voters is that the Senator does not represent his constituents in a fair and equal fashion.
