Forming a whole; combined; the collective assets of a corporation and its subsidiaries.

Of or characteristic of a group of individuals taken together; the collective wishes of the membership.

Organized according to the principles of collectivism; a collective farm.

 

We argued at the dinner table for hours over the whole collective bargaining issue. 

Fortitude

Mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, danger, or temptation courageously:  Never once did her fortitude waver during that long illness.

I must say that I have been impressed with Susan's fortitude throughout this ordeal.    

Iconic

Of, pertaining to, or characteristic of an icon.

Executed according to a convention or tradition.

The manner in which he performed his duties and the respect and loyalty that he has been shown, almost makes him an iconic figure within the organization.
