I believe his comments regarding the Congress are far too acerbic.    



Righteous

Characterized by uprightness or morality.

Morally right or justifiable.

Acting in an upright, moral way; virtuous

I have seen him behave inappropriately numerous times which is in direct contradiction to his righteous attitude regarding someone else's behavior. 


Unrequited

Not returned or reciprocated.

Not avenged or retaliated.

Not repaid or satisfied. 

The story is about a young man's unrequited love for a girl.
