We need to make sure that we triangulate those cutting lines. 

Eccentric

Deviating from the recognized or customary character.
Irregular, erratic, peculiar; odd.
A person who has an unusual, peculiar or odd personality.

His behavior is somewhat eccentric, don't you think?

Litigious

Of or pertaining to litigation.
Excessively or readily inclined to litigate.
Inclined to dispute or disagree.

She has exhibited this litigious behavior in the past.
