Accusation

A charge of wrongdoing; imputations of guilt or blame.
The specific offense charged.
The act of accusing.

It is very difficult to believe the accusation that has been leveled against Arthur.

Deduce

To derive as a conclusion from something known or assumed. 
Infer.
To trace the derivations of.

I would deduce that those items were taken from the house during the afternoon hours.

Calculate

To determine or ascertain by mathematical methods.
To compute.
To determine by reasoning, common sense or practical experience.

I would calculate that the number needed to complete the task will involve at least three people, perhaps four.
