The crowd at these benefits are almost always whimsical but they are dedicated to our mission. 

Comply

To act in accordance with wishes, requests, demands, requirements.
To be courteous or conciliatory.

Often times it is difficult to comply with the regulations that the department establishes. 

Equally

In an identical manner.
To an equal degree or extent.

The proceeds of the sale were equally divided among the three business partners.
