Having little or no money; penniless; poor.

She accused him of being impecunious on numerous occasions.

Inimical

Adverse in tendency or effect; unfavorable.
Harmful, unfriendly, hostile.

George has somewhat of an inimical personality making it a habit not to engage with anyone in a positive fashion.
