Having or showing keeness of insight, understanding.
Having the power or faculty of perceiving.

Joy was often times referred to as being very perceptive.

Sneer

To smile, laugh, or contort the face in a manner that shows scorn or contempt.
To speak or write in a manner expressive of derision or scorn.

I don't know about you but I felt that Georgia had a real sneer on her face when addressing the group.

Acclamation

An enthusiastic reception or exhibition of welcome.
An expression of approval by a meeting or gathering through shouts or applause.

The gathered crowd at the airport displayed in acclamation their welcome for the returning troops.
